merchant vessel carrying Indian crew members was attacked near the coast of Oman. The
Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) clarified on Friday that the reports were inaccurate and
assured that all crew members aboard the vessel are safe.According to official sources, Indian
authorities immediately contacted the ship’s master after reports of a possible attack surfaced.
