The Calcutta High Court has stepped in to look more closely at what happened to the late victim’s mother from the RG Kar Hospital incident last year. She was allegedly injured during the Nabanna Abhijan rally on August 9, which marked the first death anniversary of her daughter, the young doctor who was raped and murdered last year.
Calcutta High Court finally upheld the West Bengal School Service Commission’s authority to conduct the teacher’s recruitment examination under the prescribed rules.
