The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday filed chargesheet against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in connection to the National Herald case. The Bengal Cabinet has passed new rules for appointing the Director General of Police (DGP), sources told CNN-News18.
