Investigators flagged alarming anomalies in how the forms were processed; thousands of pre-printed deletion requests—falsely claiming voters had permanently shifted or were absent—were systematically filed by just a handful of individuals. In several instances, names of unsuspecting locals were misused as objectors without their knowledge or consent.
Targeted citizens, many of whom have voted in their neighborhoods for decades, expressed deep panic over the calculated attempt to strip them of their democratic franchise.
